Ryan Soisson

As the founder and principal of Soisson & Associates, Ryan Soisson is committed to helping organizations, teams, and leaders achieve their most important goals in a sustainable manner. Ryan has considerable experience leading executive and management groups through strategic planning, organization design, change management, project planning, and process improvement initiatives. A dynamic trainer and instructional designer, Ryan has content expertise in a number of areas, including conflict resolution, coaching, and behavior change. As a certified team coach, Ryan specializes in team development and team interventions. Ryan has a passion for graphic facilitation and enjoys integrating this skill into all his work.

Ryan holds an MA in Human Resources from Texas State University, an MA in Philosophy from Texas A&M University, and a BA in Philosophy from Penn State University.

Ann Moenke

Ann Moenke is an experienced Organizational Development Consultant with extensive expertise working with organizations, groups, and leaders to solve problems and build healthy teams. Ann has extensive expertise including strategic planning, organization design, project management, team development, and conflict resolution. Ann has worked with organizations to create talent management solutions including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs. She also has significant experience with leadership development coaching, specializing in behavior change, and she is an expert trainer in change management, coaching, holding difficult conversations and facilitative leadership.

Ann holds an MA in Public Administration from Western Michigan University and a BA in Organizational Communication from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

Stacy Melvin

Stacy Melvin is a certified leadership coach and seasoned executive who partners with her clients to make bold, authentic moves with confidence. Stacy is a savvy strategic thinker with deep expertise in creating team culture and designing leadership systems that deliver results. Prior to becoming an independent coach and consultant, Stacy served for more than 17 years in progressive leadership roles in the largest academic, nonprofit, healthcare system in the Gulf South. Stacy led high performance teams in both operations and corporate areas, most recently serving as the Vice President of Project Management and Process Improvement. She has experience both building teams from the ground up and leading them through large scale enterprise-wide transformation. In addition to coaching and strategic facilitation, Stacy has provided leadership development training and strategic team interventions for more than 15 years.

Stacy holds her MBA from The University of New Orleans, and her undergraduate in Sociology from The University of Arizona. Additionally, Stacy serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Loyola University, New Orleans, MBA program

Yumna Ali

Yumna Ali brings multi-faceted experience from a two-decade career in organizational development, leadership development, and talent management across numerous industries, including media, financial services, engineering, SAAS startups, and the nonprofit sector.

 She is passionate about creating inclusive, meaningful development for people and organizations. Yumna has deep experience in organization design, facilitating leadership teams through strategic planning, leading organization-wide transformation initiatives, and global performance management and succession planning.

As an accomplished facilitator, she excels at assisting executive and management groups in tackling complex goals with multiple stakeholders. She has led successful OD and Learning teams, built and delivered leader and manager development programs, developed and led award-winning internal coach training programs, and has coached and mentored talent throughout her career.

Yumna is from India and grew up in the U.K. She holds a BA (Hons.) from Sussex University in Social Psychology and Artificial Intelligence. When she’s not traveling for work or pleasure, she and her family are based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she loves cooking (and eating!), hand-building pottery, spending time with friends and family, and trying to love hiking and walking more.

Kerstin Ohlander

Kerstin Ohlander, MS, MPH, is an experienced organizational development consultant and public health professional. She has a proven track record of managing complex projects in the commercial, nonprofit, and government sectors. She is known for consistently delivering high-quality work within established timelines and closely collaborating with clients to achieve their project goals. She holds an MS in Organizational Development from Pepperdine and an MPH from the University of North Carolina’s Gillings School of Global Public Health. Kerstin also earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Amanda Soisson

As our CFO, Amanda Soisson brings her 30 years of experience from a wide-ranging career spent helping a variety of small businesses “keep the trains running on time,” as she likes to say.
For Soisson & Associates, Amanda manages the back-of-house activities, including client services, contract management, website maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, travel arrangements, and all the many other things that make a small business successful.
Amanda grew up in Georgetown, Texas, and has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas A&M University. She loves to travel with her family, practice yoga, solve the NYT crossword and spelling bee puzzles every day, and spend time with friends.
