Much of our work with clients represents designing engagements that do not fit into a simple category (e.g., strategic planning). Over the last two years we designed and facilitated three multi-day engagements with Gibson Consulting Group, a national education consulting and research firm that specializes in solving complex problems in the K-12 education industry. In our first engagement, we helped Gibson revise their organizational values. In a subsequent engagement, we helped them explore and select new services to add to their portfolio. Recently, we designed and facilitated a team retreat to launch a new performance management process. Like many of our clients, Gibson is a dynamic, growing organization working in a fast-paced, evolving landscape. Gibson works to make our nation’s school  systems more efficient and effective. We are honored to contribute to their mission.
