Case Study: AECOM

Recently we had the opportunity to continue our work with AECOM, “the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting company.”  Their award-winning global Technical and Talent Development team was significantly expanding their scope and service, as well as adding new members. Collaborating with their dynamic leader, we designed and facilitated a participative five-day team building and “design-thinking” strategic retreat. Opportunities and concerns were authentically raised and addressed. Strategies and projects were designed, challenged, redesigned, and revised. The team emerged with a new name, new relationships, new strategies, revised programs, team norms, and clear next steps.
