A Day of Team Health

Trust falls, blindfold walks, and team dinners will not improve your team. Our Day of Team Health will!  The quickest path to team health is getting teams in the habit of noticing and authentically discussing how the team works while the team works. The Day of Team Health is designed to help teams form these habits. 

Prior to your Day of Team Health workshop, there will be a brief kickoff call and your team will complete 360 assessments. 

This dynamic, engaging workshop begins with a team challenge. After completing the challenge, the group is invited to reflect on how the team worked together and how it might work in similar situations going forward. Healthy teams master this simple process while working, pausing, reflecting, and considering new ways of working. Next the team reviews its 360 assessment results to uncover strengths and areas for improvement. The team identifies areas to work on and how it will make improvements after the workshop. Throughout the day, the team is invited to reflect on how it is working within the workshop itself. 

Two post-workshop team coaching calls help identify or reinforce new team practices. Post-workshop consulting calls with the team leader help to keep the team moving forward. 

Teams will:

  • Learn their current strengths and developmental areas
  • Understand how the team works together (team dynamic)
  • Learn how to continually improve the team while doing everyday teamwork
  • Make plans for maintaining strengths and/or improving developmental areas
