Case Study: Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer’s Association leads the charge in Alzheimer’s care, support, research, and advocacy. We’ve been privileged to work with the Association on a number of initiatives over the years. Recently we designed and facilitated three executive team bi-annual retreats. The two-day meetings were all designed around strategic visioning, new initiatives and objective setting. Our work has routinely involved experiential exercises, design thinking processes, free-wheeling ideation sessions, and small and large group discussions. The executive team always shows up strong, listens deeply, challenges ideas, and is not reluctant to make decisions. We deeply appreciate the opportunity to assist their strategic deliberations and noble cause.
