Unconferences Open Space Conferences

Conferences should be embraced, not endured. Unleash the power of engagement with our uniquely interactive un-conferences. The key to an extraordinary conference is stepping away from the podiums, the presentations, and the panels: liberate the participant. There is no conference too big or too small to be saved from itself.  Let us show you a better way!

  • Participant-driven, flexible agendas

Case Study: Exact Sciences and Fight CRC

We have had the pleasure of working with both Exact Sciences and Fight CRC on a number of engagements. Recently, we partnered with both organizations to design and facilitate a three-day Innovation Summit in Madison, Wisconsin. Exact Sciences and Fight CRC brought together a remarkable group of diverse stakeholders – public policy experts, academic researchers, public health providers, and community change agents – to exchange and create innovative solutions to improve colorectal cancer screening. Knowing an Innovation Summit required an innovative agenda, we worked with a remarkable group of Exact Sciences staff to design an “all-teach-all-learn” conference where the participants chose the agenda topics and continually engaged in small group ideation and problem-solving sessions. (We also had the pleasure of training a cadre of wonderful ES staff to facilitate the many small group discussions.) By all accounts from attendees and organizers, the Summit was a resounding success. We love taking a creative approach to conferences and partnering with innovative clients.

Ryan’s professionalism, organizational insight, and ability to foster collaboration make him a vital asset in any setting. I cannot recommend him enough for any organizational development or event support project. His leadership and facilitation skills will elevate any team and ensure the success of your initiatives.
