Stacy Melvin

Stacy Melvin is a certified leadership coach and seasoned executive who partners with her clients to make bold, authentic moves with confidence. Stacy is a savvy strategic thinker with deep expertise creating team culture and designing leadership systems that deliver results. Prior to becoming an independent coach and consultant, Stacy served for more than 17 years in progressive leadership roles in the largest academic, nonprofit, healthcare system in the Gulf South. Stacy led high performance teams in both operations and corporate areas, most recently serving as the Vice President of Project Management and Process Improvement. She has experience both building teams from the ground up and leading them through large scale enterprise-wide transformation. In addition to coaching and strategic facilitation, Stacy has provided leadership development training and strategic team interventions for more than 15 years.
